OUR PHILOSOPHY


Branches of Niagara Campground & Resort exists to provide a slice of serenity in a busy, hectic world. It is our hope that our guests have a fabulous time while visiting us. By keeping your site safe, watching your children and being considerate of others, you will help us to make the Branches of Niagara experience wonderful for all our guests. To this end we have established the following guidelines:

GENERAL RULES

  • Guests must be 21 years of age to rent a site.
  • Parents are responsible for the care and safety of their children at all times.
  • Children under 6 (six) years of age must be accompanied by an adult to the restrooms and showers.
  • Please do not cut, uproot, or destroy any plant or tree.
  • Please do not drive nails, screws, etc. into trees.
  • Please do not deface picnic tables or other camp property.
  • Campers must be quiet between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  • Children must be at your campsite during this period.
  • Check-out-time- 11:00 a.m.
  • Check-in-time- 2:00 p.m.
  • All campers or visitors must register upon arrival.
  • Drive vehicles slowly and carefully, 6.3 MPH speed limit.
  • Only two vehicles at each campsite. Additional cars and/or guest's cars must be parked in areas marked "parking". (Fire Department Rules).
  • Staff will make periodic walking patrols to maintain safety and help our patrons.
  • Any decisions made by management regarding safety, noise, and rules are absolutely final.
  • Any one displaying offensive conduct will be required to leave immediately. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Management decisions are final.
  • Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the grounds
  • Remove extension mirrors from car immediately after trailer is parked.
  • Smoking is NOT permitted in campground buildings or public areas.
  • Golf carts are allowed. Must be 16 years of age and/ or accompanied by a licensed operator.
  • Bicycles - NY State Law requires anyone under the age of 14 to wear a helmet.
  • Motorcycles are permitted to and from site only. Helmets must be worn.
  • Mini bikes and ATVs are not permitted.
  • Campfires - Please build a campfire in designated fire rings. Campfires must be under control at all times. Please do not enlarge or move fire ring.
  • Passes - Each motor vehicle must display camp pass on rear view mirror.
  • Garbage disposal - Please place all garbage in garbage can or garbage bags in designated areas. We will pick up garbage each morning. No garbage should be left on campsite overnight since this will attract wild animals.
  • Laundry and dishwashing facilities are available in main bathhouse. Please do not use bathroom sinks for dishes or laundry.
  • Our lake is not yet state approved for swimming. Please swim only in pool. Obey all posted rules and life guard directions. Children must be accompanied by a parent. Their safety is paramount to us.
  • Park boundaries are clearly marked. Please do not trespass on the property of our neighbors.

  • PETS


  • If you bring your pet, please submit a vaccination certificate to our office.
  • Pets are to be on a leash at all times and supervised.
  • Pets are not allowed in any buildings with exception of cabins.
  • Pets are not to be left unattended. Any pet causing a disturbance will not be allowed to stay.

    LAKE GUIDELINES


  • Swimming or wading is not permitted at any time.
  • Children using boats must be 16 years old or older unless accompanied by an adult.
  • No one under 18 permitted on dock or lake front after dark, unless accompanied by an adult over age 21.
  • Wavier must be signed by adult.
  • Everyone must wear life jackets at all times while in a boat.
  • Fishing is catch and release only.
  • Fishing license required for persons over 16 years old.
  • Landing boats is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Safety course required for boat rental.
  • Must be able to swim to rent boats.
  • Stay seated at all times in boats.

  • SAFE POOL RULES


  • No glass containers or alcohol.
  • No smoking.
  • Please wear proper swimming attire.
  • Swimming diapers only, no regular diapers.
  • No diving, jumping, or running in pool area.
  • Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • A WORD FROM MANAGEMENT


    Management is not responsible for vandalism, accidents or personal property damage. Branches of Niagara Campground & Resort is a privately owned campground property. All patrons are advised that as a condition of their use of the above facilities, property and premises, patrons MUST observe the rules of good family camping. Improper dress for a family atmosphere will not be tolerated. Annoyance to neighbor, vandalism or disturbance will not be tolerated and could lead to immediate ejection from the property and may be subject to criminal charges.
